Hon. Foluke Daramola-Salako (J.P.) Visits Cardinal James Odunmbaku To Condole With Him Over The Loss Of His Wife

Hon. Foluke Daramola-Salako (J.P.), a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and a leading aspirant for the House of Representatives, Oshodi/Isolo Federal Constituency I, in the 2027 General Elections, paid a condolence visit to Cardinal James Odumbaku, an iconic apex leader of the party, national chieftain of the APC, and a distinguished member of the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos State.

Following the painful passing of his beloved wife, Mother-in-Celestial Olasinmi Akindele Odumbaku, who recently died after a brief illness.

Hon. Daramola-Salako, was warmly received by the revered cleric, the Founder and General Overseer of the Celestial Church of God, City of Cathedral Ministry Worldwide.

Cardinal Odumbaku, fondly known as Baba Eto within the progressive political family, expressed his appreciation for the visit and offered prayers for the success of Hon. Daramola-Salako’s political aspiration.

Speaking during the visit, Hon. Foluke Daramola-Salako paid glowing tribute to the late Mother-in-Celestial, whom she knew personally, describing her as a virtuous, compassionate, and God-fearing woman, who lived a life of service to humanity.

She also prayed for Cardinal Odumbaku, asking God to grant him strength, good health, long life, and the grace to bear the irreparable loss.

According to Hon. Foluke Daramola-Salako:

“My daddy, Baba Eto to all of us in the party, has been my political father for many years. I am deeply saddened that this is the circumstance, under which I have come to visit him.

Nevertheless, we take solace in the fact that our beloved mother lived a life of purpose, touched countless lives positively, and served God faithfully.

May her beautiful soul continue to rest in perfect peace.”
